A better shoot.
Have the property fully cleaned and staged, beds made, towels set and counters clear before your appointment.
Plan around your guests.
For turnover days, share checkout and check-in times so the shoot can fit between stays. Cleaning needs to be finished before photography begins.
Set up every sleeping space.
If you have a sleeper sofa or folding bed, the host or owner must be on site to open it, set it up and make the bed for photos. The photographer photographs the prepared bed and is not responsible for setup.
