You’re paid per shoot, and the number moves with the work.
No bidding, no haggling, no invoice to chase. You’re a 1099 contractor paid through Gusto, with a flexible schedule and no minimum hours.
Pay is set by the services on the order and the size of the property. A single-service visit runs around $50. A typical bundled shoot — photos plus drone, or photos plus video — lands between $100 and $250. Large luxury listings with the full package run $400 to $650 and up for a single visit.
Most photographers build a week out of a mix — a few photo tours, a drone job, a twilight. What you earn scales with how much of your calendar you open up and how many of our services you’re trained on.
There’s no per-job negotiation — the rate for each service and size band is set, and it’s the same rate every time. Past 30 miles from your house, a distance fee is paid to you on top. Gear is yours.

Before you apply
Do I really need a Part 107?
Yes — an active FAA certificate, no exceptions. You’ll be flying on most jobs. If yours is in progress, apply anyway and tell us your test date.
Do I have to live in one of the three?
Yes. Each territory only works if your drives are short. If you’re somewhere else in Oklahoma, apply anyway and tell us where you’re based.
Do I really not have to edit?
You really don’t. Upload at the end of the day and you’re finished. The HDR blending, colour correction, skies, floor plans and the tour build are ours.
What does it pay?
Per shoot. A single-service visit is around $50, a typical bundled shoot runs $100–$250, and a large luxury listing runs $400–$650 and up. It grows as you’re trained on more of what we sell.
Is this full time?
1099 contract work through Gusto, with a flexible schedule and no minimum hours. Some of our photographers shoot a couple of listings a week around another job; some shoot every weekday.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application. If it looks like a fit we’ll call you, then onboarding and supervised shoots before you take listings on your own. Either way, you’ll hear back.

You’ll photograph HDR photo tours, capture drone photos and videos, film walkthroughs, create Zillow 3D tours, and shoot twilight sessions. Then your day ends. Upload the media and our team takes it from there. You will never open Lightroom for us.
Shoot it, upload it. Done.
You manage your own calendar and work your own territory. You upload once at the end of the day — and the evening you’d normally spend culling and editing is yours. We’ve been shooting Oklahoma since 2015, and the post processing has always been our job, not the photographer’s.
